last March, during the quarantine, on Mother`s Day, I decided to bake a tart as a surprise, a letter R tart since my Mother`s name is Rana. Of course, I waked up early to prepare all the ingredients and I entered the kitchen,last time we threw the pot , so I was praying to succeeded this time. I called my friend a video call and I asked her to stay with me step by step, I did not imagine its hard , I start with the dough using my muscles since it have a lot of butter and I made it as the shape of letter R ,now it`s time to put in the oven and I start baking the tart, after half an hour , it was finished so I tried to pick it up and suddenly it fall down and the letter was broken. literally, I was shocked and start crying , I`ve never cried in my life as that day, and my tears was falling on the broken tart . On the sound of crying, My Mom came to the kitchen and she loved what did she see , she kissed me and asked me to fix the tart together. Of course, she solved the problem and she made square pieces of tarts . That day I wrote this post on Fb with the Tart`s picture, it summed up my emotions on that day.
